Many have asked if COVID-19 (coronavirus) can be passed through the drinking water supply. There is no indication that the COVID-19 virus can be passed through our water supply. Our drinking water is rigorously sampled and tested as part of our normal requirements and regulations through the Mississippi State Department of Health.
